In March of 1979, Saber Building Services, Inc. was established by Mitch and Joanne Saber II with several small accounts in the Metro Detroit area. From that small beginning, Saber Building Services has grown to become one of the areas' most well-respected facility services provider. From the very beginning, the focus of the company has been to provide a high level service for a reasonable cost. Over the years, the company has continuously shown growth each and every year in accounts ranging from 5,000 to over 500,000 square feet.
In 2001 Anthony Saber became President of Saber Building Services bringing new ideas and inspiration to achieve a higher level of service than ever before. Never changing the main focus of the company, Anthony maintains that, "We want to be the best facility service provider in the area."
Saber Building Services, Inc. leadership knows that our true assets are the hundreds of dedicated people we employ. This is why much of our focus is on hiring, training, and motivating people.

Saber Building Services strives to continually improve upon the level of service we provide to our customers. Within the custodial industry, new chemicals and equipment are becoming available to allow us to improve on our clients' overal service. The Saber Building Services owners and management staff are continually walking through the facilities we service to ensure the customer is receiving the level of service they deserve. This allows us to monitor the effectiveness of our employees and to intensify our training efforts with the employees.
Area supervisors perform nightly inspections in each building. The operations manager performs an inspection weekly of each facility. Our quality manager also schedules a monthly walk-thru with the clients' appointed contact. This ensures that both Saber Building Services, Inc. and our clients have an open communication regarding the services provided. Our goal is to be proactive rather than reactive with our customers' needs and create a long term business relationship.
